Please ensure your property is photo ready. Here are some tips on how you can maximize the value of these photos - provided by redfin.com.

Our photographer will arrive to your photo ready property at the date and time you have scheduled. Please expect the photographer to be at the property for about 1.5 hours to showcase it in the best light.

Our photographers usually have more than one property to shoot in a day, so it is important that the property is photo ready at the date and time that is scheduled. Upon arrival, the assigned photographer will perform a walk through and make a quick inspection for the following things:

• All window blinds are open enough to see through them. If broken, please lift so we may see through the window.

• All lights are on.

• All TVs and fans are turned off.

• Any distracting items are removed from view (clothing, debris/trash, etc).

• All toilet seats are down/closed.

• All mirrors are wiped clean.

Please note:

• Due to liability, our photographers do not move any items or furniture. If the property is vacant or there is no one on site, our photographer will shoot as is.

• We do not typically shoot closets, garages, or unfinished basements unless there is a marketable feature that you would like photographed.

• We do not shoot during inclement weather unless agreed upon by client and photographer in advance (at least 4 hours before shoot time).

After the shoot, you will receive proofs of all of the images taken but you get to choose which ones you want to pay for.

Once you select which photos you'd like to move forward with, these photos are taken through processing to ensure we make your property truly stands out in a natural way. You will receive a link to purchase the licenses of the final photos by 6pm the following day ($6/image). The software releases the photos once the invoice has been paid in full.

If necessary, this process can be expedited before midnight that evening for $36/hr (starting 30 min after receipt of proof selection).
